Your item did not work. I emailed you about it. You tried to tell me that I was using the wrong plug. I was not. Then you ghosted me. You have a return policy and I would like to return my item without hassle.
Nice customer service, fast shipping and after faulty pad was replaced the new one works well! Heats up fast and is cute with a soft suede-like texture.
Perfect seat warmer for my home office. Currently using it with my husband's power bank and it works good, just purchased a pd charger? that my husband suggested to use instead. Didn't like how I need to purchase something else to use it, but overall still love my little warmer

The pad just doesn’t get warm enough. I used several different power supplies including a quality Anker that confirmed the power draw was 18W. The pad was barely warm. Useless.
Must have for desk workers or students who sit for a long time.
Make a product that works and make it easier to do a return.

The heating pad is a good size and feels like a good, quality material. I was just hoping for the max heat setting to be a bit more warmer is all. Overall, still happy with the heating pad.
There are so many things I like about the heating pad. The problem I have is that it barely gets warm, even on the highest setting, fully charged, and plugged into a wall outlet with the usb-c adapter. If the pad would heat, I would give it many stars!

Customer service has not been responsive. I purchased a 45W USB-C plug. I can feel some warmth near the top, but the pad does not completely heat up. I emailed a photo of the plug I purchased a couple of weeks ago and have heard nothing. It shouldn’t be this difficult! I would like to know if the plug is the correct type, or is the problem with the actual heating pad. Maybe, it is faulty. I do not recommend this company, or their heating pads!!!
used the proper charger - doesn't heat up at all $55 bucks! very disappointed
The first one they sent had a faulty switch that would turn off after a few minutes. However, they were fast to ship out a replacement, and that has been perfect. The flexibility is fantastic and nothing like I've found so far.

Make something like this that heats up. Mine did not get warm. I left on a trip, I had it sent to my daughter. She brought it to me so I didn’t get to try it before my trip. I would like to return it or get one that works. I will not be back in the US until January 20th. What is your suggestion?

I love this. I have chronic pain and being able to have lightweight portable heat whenever I need it is a lifesaver. I’m ordering one of the larger ones for more options. My only complaint is a small one: the heating pad will randomly turn off sometimes. It’s easy to turn back on and doesn’t take long to get back to full heating so not a huge deal.

This heating pad is great! Since my electric wheelchair has a usb-c port, I can plug in right in and sit on the pad.
I really like it. It kept my body warm while I working on my desk. The only thing is my chair always roll over the wire of mat. So far, it helps boosting my general health.
LOVE!!! It gets plenty hot, love the color, design and how thin it is. Only issue I have is that it doesnt work with my computer in my freezing office which is what I mainly was going to use it for... Thankfully it seems to work with my phone's fast charger plug! Going to have to take it to work and bring it back until my new one arrives from Amazon. I was going to give 4 stars for that reason but I just saw that they have a warning on their website that I somehow missed.
